Honestly: accuracy is the wrong word for it. Palmistry is an interpretive tradition, not a diagnostic one, and we say so plainly elsewhere on this page. What our system does do is read the same lines, mounts and finger characteristics that tradition describes, and describe what it sees in plain language — consistently, and without pretending it is science.

If it doesn't feel like it describes you, email akash@chaitonix.com within 7 days of that reading and we will refund the purchase in full, as long as no more than one of your three readings has been used. If a photo cannot be read, your reading credit is returned automatically so you can try again.

It's designed not to be: each trait and observation in your reading is tied to the feature it comes from in your photo (which line, how deep, where it starts or ends, which mount or finger), so you can check it against your own hand. If a sentence still feels like it could fit anyone, ask Mina what it is based on, and if your first reading doesn't feel like you, the 7-day refund applies.

No. Palmistry is an interpretive tradition, and we use it as a mirror for self-reflection, not as a forecast. Readings are written to describe you now, not to predict events or outcomes.

Your photo is sent over an encrypted connection to our analysis provider, which reads it to generate your reading. We do not save palm images: a photo you upload is used for the reading and not stored, and photos sent from your phone to your computer are held only for the hand-off and deleted when your computer collects them. The hand-off link stops working after 10 minutes; photos that were never collected are erased the next time our server handles a hand-off, or at the daily clean-up at the latest. How the provider handles data is set out in our privacy policy. That provider is the only party your photo reaches; we do not sell your data or hand it to advertisers, and the reading and account data we do hold can be deleted at any time. Every processor we use is named in our privacy policy.

Yes. Your three readings can be yours or someone close to you: tick "This is someone else’s hand" before you upload. Their reading is kept in your account under their name, and it never becomes your profile or affects who you are introduced to.

Signing in is how your reading is saved to your account so you can come back to it and ask follow-up questions. We ask for your age because PalmMingle is for adults 18 and over.

The upload starts immediately. Once you sign in and complete checkout, the full reading usually takes a minute or two to write, and is saved to your account as soon as it is done.

Yes — that is the point of keeping it. Your reading sits in your account, and beside it is a margin note where you can ask follow-up questions: what a particular line implies, where two passages seem to disagree, what the reading is not saying. Answers are drawn from the observations made about your own hand, and the thread is saved alongside the reading, so you can pick the conversation up months later. Follow-ups are included with the reading — no extra charge and no credits spent, within a fair-use hourly limit.

Mina is our automated reading assistant, not a person. After your reading, you can ask Mina about any passage (what a line means, why it was read that way), and the answers stay grounded in your own reading. Follow-up questions are included in the price.

Your reading describes what is visible in your palm (line shape and depth, mounts, finger and hand shape) and reads it through the palmistry tradition as prompts for reflection: your temperament, how you think, how you feel, and how you connect with people. It does not diagnose anything or predict events.

One clear photo of each palm: every reading uses both hands. Use natural lighting and hold your hand flat with fingers slightly spread. Make sure all major palm lines are visible and avoid shadows. Hold your camera steady and ensure the entire palm is in frame. Clear, well-lit photos give the best reading.

Yes. After a reading, adults 18 and over can choose to join matching. We compare palm-derived personality signals with other opted-in readers and show introductions when available. You choose whether to connect; an introduction is not a message or a guarantee of compatibility. You can turn matching off again.
