We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

3.2 AI-Generated Content

• All readings are generated by artificial intelligence based on image analysis algorithms
• Readings are based on ancient Indian palmistry traditions as interpreted by AI
• Results are NOT scientifically validated and have no empirical basis
• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies
• Past readings do not guarantee future accuracy or consistency

3.3 No Guarantees or Warranties

• We make NO representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of readings
• We do NOT guarantee any specific results or outcomes
• We are NOT responsible for any interpretations you make of the readings
• Readings should NOT be used as the basis for any important life decisions

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

5. Service Usage and User Conduct

You are solely responsible for any content you upload to the Service, including palm images. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have necessary rights to upload the content
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• The content does not contain viruses, malware, or harmful code
• You have obtained necessary consents for images of other people

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

6.1 Pricing

Certain features of the Service require payment. All prices are displayed before purchase and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with notice.

6.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
• You are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information
• All payments are in the currency displayed at checkout

6.3 Subscriptions

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings
• Access After Cancellation: You retain access until the end of the current billing period
• No Partial Refunds: Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current period

6.4 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and instant delivery, all sales are final.

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion only in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues that prevent access to purchased services
• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

6.5 Free Trials

If you sign up for a free trial:

• You must provide payment information to start the trial
• You will be charged automatically when the trial period ends unless you cancel
• You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged
• One free trial per user; additional free trials are not permitted

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Property

The Service and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, logos, and AI algorithms) are owned by PalmMingle and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service, including palm images. However, by uploading content, you grant us:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service
• The right to use anonymized, aggregated data derived from your content for improving our AI algorithms and services
• The right to store your reading results in your account

We do NOT claim ownership of your content, and we will not share your personal images publicly or with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

7.3 Trademark Information

PalmMingle and associated logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of PalmMingle. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Palm images are processed in real-time and automatically deleted after analysis
• Reading results are stored in your account until you delete them

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• Your content or any content submitted through your account

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@palmreader.app to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We commit to working with you in good faith to resolve any issues.

11.2 Arbitration Agreement

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.
