PalmMingle interprets palm images using an AI system informed by palmistry traditions. This is entertainment and self-reflection — not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and not a prediction of your future.
Our story
People are surprisingly bad at describing themselves — and the apps built for friendship and dating mostly ask you to try anyway. PalmMingle starts somewhere else: a reading of your own hand, written back to you in plain language, as a starting point for knowing yourself before you ask someone else to know you.

What we do
- Upload a palm photo: a clear shot from your phone, fingers slightly spread, decent light.
- The reading is drawn: the system studies the lines, mounts, and overall shape of your hand.
- You get a record, not a fortune: a written interpretation of what your hand shows — personality, relationships, work — framed as observation, never prediction.
- Explore from there: ask follow-up questions, keep the reading, or see whose palms read like yours.
Where this draws from
Palm reading isn't one tradition. Indian palmistry (Hasta Samudrika Shastra), Chinese hand analysis, and the Western lineage each look at the same hand and read it differently — different lines emphasized, different meanings assigned, sometimes contradicting each other outright. We treat that disagreement as useful honesty rather than something to hide.
Our readings draw on more than one lineage — the major lines, the mounts, the hand's overall character — and say so. We wrote an honest comparison of the three traditions if you want the longer story.
Our technology
PalmMingle uses an AI system to read palm images:
- Image recognition identifies palm lines, mounts, and features
- Pattern analysis relates what it sees to documented palmistry principles
- Interpretation writes the reading in plain language, grounded in visible features
- Secure processing — images are processed in real time and immediately deleted
